Specialty Items
Pianos, safes, appliances, treadmills and the awkward heavy things that need equipment and a plan rather than four friends.
Some items are not a question of strength. A piano, a gun safe, a hot tub cover or a full-size treadmill needs the right equipment, the right number of people and a route worked out in advance.
These get handled separately from the rest of the move: measured, assessed for access, and moved with proper straps, skids and dollies rather than improvised. Door frames, stair rails and floors get protected along the route before anything is lifted.
Tell us about the item when you request your quote: the make and rough weight if you know it, and what it has to travel through. The worst outcome is a crew arriving to discover a safe that needed equipment nobody brought.
